
Buffalo Ranch Chicken Burgers
Spicy, juicy, protein-forward burger night — without the bloat

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tbsp She’s the Sauce Ranch (in the mix)
- 1–2 tbsp hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: 1 tbsp almond flour or oat flour for binding
- 2 gluten-free buns or lettuce wraps
- Toppings: sliced tomato, red onion, arugula, pickles
- Extra She’s the Sauce Ranch for topping (and drizzling!)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, She’s The Sauce Ranch, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and optional flour. Don’t overmix.
- Form into 2 large patties. Chill for 10–15 min if the mix is soft.
- Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Toast your buns or prep lettuce wraps.
- Build burgers with your favorite toppings, then slather more ranch on top.
- Serve with air-fried sweet potato fries or a crunchy slaw for the full experience.
