    1. 1 lb ground chicken
    2. 2 tbsp She’s the Sauce Ranch (in the mix)
    3. 1–2 tbsp hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
    4. ½ tsp garlic powder
    5. Salt & pepper
    6. Optional: 1 tbsp almond flour or oat flour for binding
    7. 2 gluten-free buns or lettuce wraps
    8. Toppings: sliced tomato, red onion, arugula, pickles
    9. Extra She’s the Sauce Ranch for topping (and drizzling!)
  • Instructions

    1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, She’s The Sauce Ranch, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and optional flour. Don’t overmix.
    2. Form into 2 large patties. Chill for 10–15 min if the mix is soft.
    3. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
    4. Toast your buns or prep lettuce wraps.
    5. Build burgers with your favorite toppings, then slather more ranch on top.
