    1. 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works)

    3. 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

    6. 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo (optional for creaminess)
    7. Salt & pepper to taste
    8. Butter lettuce leaves, gluten-free bread, or crackers to serve
  • Instructions

    1. In a bowl, mix chicken, celery, apple, and nuts.
