
Sweet + Tangy Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works)
- ¼ cup She’s the Sauce Honey Mustard
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped apple or grapes
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds or pecans
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo (optional for creaminess)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Butter lettuce leaves, gluten-free bread, or crackers to serve

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, celery, apple, and nuts.
- Add She’s The Sauce Honey Mustard and optional yogurt/mayo. Mix until coated.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper.
