• Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

    1. 1 lb chicken tenders or sliced chicken breast
    2. ½ cup She’s the Sauce Honey Mustard (divided)
    3. 1 egg
    4. 1 cup almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs
    5. 1 tsp garlic powder
    6. ½ tsp smoked paprika
    7. Salt & pepper
    8. Avocado oil spray or olive oil
    9. Extra Honey Mustard for dipping
  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F.
    2. In one bowl, whisk egg with ¼ cup the She’s The Sauce Honey Mustard. In another bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
    3. Dip each chicken piece into the honey mustard egg wash, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
    4. Arrange on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket. Spray with oil.
    5. Bake or air fry 15–18 min, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

    Serve with the other half of She’s The Sauce Honey Mustard for dipping. Childhood fave, reinvented.
