
Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders
Nostalgic comfort meets protein-packed upgrade

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 1 lb chicken tenders or sliced chicken breast
- ½ cup She’s the Sauce Honey Mustard (divided)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Avocado oil spray or olive oil
- Extra Honey Mustard for dipping

Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F.
- In one bowl, whisk egg with ¼ cup the She’s The Sauce Honey Mustard. In another bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the honey mustard egg wash, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket. Spray with oil.
- Bake or air fry 15–18 min, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
